ReplyDeleteI'm Connor Murray, and I'm going to be a junior in the fall. I'm a physics major with a minor in computer science and I hope to either do a masters degree, or go straight into industry after college.
I'm on the running club here (MRun) and that takes up almost all of my free time. MRun is great because its a club that lets you get involved as much as you want and the ranges of running ability go from completely beginner to being able to compete in DII and DIII meets.
I guess the most interesting life experience that I had was that I went to Australia in the Fall semester with the University of Michigan Solar Car team to race the car in a 6 day race across the Outback. We spent the better part of a year preparing for the race, and I got to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand afterwards. I would highly recommend NZ for traveling, it was such a cool place to travel.

ReplyDeleteI'm Jaclyn Tolles and I'm going to be a Junior this fall. I grew up in Livonia, Michigan. I'm majoring in microbiology with a minor in Community Action and Social Change. I'm not really 100% sure what I'm going to be doing after graduation but I'm thinking either optometry or public health, or the school of social work.
In my free time I like to read, spend time with my 8 year old sister, or watch documentaries or movies.
I think an interesting thing about me is that I am currently learning (and possibly majoring in) American Sign Language.
